Abbie Normal

Ah tribulations. So the drive actually does still work. It's just that there's the fat fingered codger that possess all the fine motor skill of Michael J. Fox on the DT's. Seems these teeny little flat wire thingies are pretty particular about getting but in their snaps. Helps if it wasn't stuck in the grave so long as to find a place to piggyback a 9mm drive. Or someone that would trust an old codger to break their drive enclosure open to give it a spin. No matter. It's alive! Again.

Though it's a bit on the downside that I didn't get a more timely second coming what with getting absolutely jazzed about my first spin past an Easter with more weight than the sweet prey of bunny ears in the wings. I'm still stoked further and tweaked high on sleep fumes and joe tar to boot. Seriously, no seriously, it's a mind bender to gin onto Dawn of the Dead being a philosophical tract rather than a commercial exercise in sudden colors and demonic fetii. Fetuses? I'm surely lacking all necessary gravitas when I state that it is supremely nifty to render ZOMG service to the originator of the genre, the Zombie OG and Leper Lifter: My Lord and Savior. What an absolute trip.

Probably better as it is though given it's an upender I'm still in crazed giddified awe. About right up there with LARPing a ninja to hoist crayons from your kid sister so you can ink in the numbers on your TSR branded d20s. Yeh, well. I don't have a sister and I should probably let that one go right there.

And wonder of wonders, just this morning, the man who released his bith certificate that was burnt in a fire that he wouldn't release even to send a man to jail finally released his birth certificate. Again. Since the topic just wouldn't die after he did/didn't/couldn't/wouldn't release the first time around. Loads of folks refighting over a whether a tampered document is forged or not forged. It's tampered. And none of the arguments are persuasive to either side. It's got all the right stuff in the right place certainly and while I've never been one to accuse Jughead of an Immaculate Conception this digital dropping just doesn't cut it. It looks like a color fax encoding ought with JBIG2 for the black work and JPEG for the rest. But if that's the standard of quality for evidence then give me 20 minutes is MS Paint and I'll be his dad. That'll certainly prove it; and no worries that he's 13 years older than me. 3 years from now I'll Quantum Teleport myself back in time and sow the seeds of destruction by spawning with his mother: The famous Ayn Rand impersonator.

Ooh... Dear Liz T. just recently got on to better things didn't she? Shoot, give me 2 days with MS Paint and I'll be their bastard love child and inheritor of their estate. Glory, fame, money, and power. And a free ride at Columbia like Paps. That's what we used to call him, Paps, when being sarcastic and having Dreams of my Father. In any case they've only ensured that the issue will now never stay buried. Which would be nearly as awesome as Easter if their were more cricket bats.

You certainly are blowin' and a goin'. Of course the documents been tampered with, but we will never know to what degree so we are back to nowhere. I took the thing apart yesterday and saw all the layers.

That made me laugh. But the first half of the post I need a translator. Type slower.

Giraffe,

I'm pretty sure the first paragraph was about computer repairs. I'm pretty sure the following paragraph was about JQP being happy about his first Easter as one of God's family, though rendered in terms that would set most "churchy" people's heads spinning. ;) (Though I could be wrong.)

Arielle,

I think your assessment is correct about the second paragraph.

If you are willing JQP, I'd be interested in reading a bit more of your thoughts on the subject of the Resurrection since you are new comer. We cradle Christians have a different outlook no doubt.

Thanks Arielle. I knew the first one was something about a reborn hard drive.

commercial exercise in sudden colors and demonic fetii. Fetuses?

Oh yeah, Easter eggs. I'm such a moron.

Easter eggs! That's a bit I hadn't interpreted, either. :P

JartStar: I'll give it a go, but that's a broad and deep river. If you've got some particulars in mind you want me to touch it'll be easier and I'll be sure to work them in. Almost surely guaranteed to make your hair curl in either way. It's zombies, man!

Arielle: Heh. Yarp, Easter Eggs and Action Flics both.

JQP,

How does the truth and reality of the resurrection change your perception of death now that as a Christian it is no longer natural, and part of the "circle of life"?

BTW this is EarthandAllStars, I'm switching monikers.
